Join IFAF for our 40th Anniversary in Hawaii—this year on the Big Island! There is everything to see there, from fertile rain forests, to lava rock deserts! Stay with us on the Kohala Coast at the famed Hilton Waikoloa Village, a destination in itself! This meeting brings together foot and ankle practitioners from around the world and boasts an internationally recognized faculty of DPM’s and MD’s.

Scientific Objectives of this program:

  1. To be knowledgeable in most of the procedures utilized to address most common foot problems.
  2. To establish understanding of developing concepts in the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle conditions.
  3. To review current trends and treatment protocols for nerve, vascular and musculoskeletal conditions affecting the lower extremities.
  4. To be able to describe and demonstrate ways to perfect and refine surgical techniques in foot surgery.

Hawaii State Covid Regulations, as of 8/23/21:
We are still planning an in-person program on the Big Island.We are in close contact with Hawaii state and county governments in regards to this meeting and have received an exemption to the recent Covid travel guidelines, as well as a clearance from county officials to hold our program. In addition we are following all Hawaii Covid regulations for large group safe distancing.

We are asking all attendees to provide evidence of being fully vaccinated and wear masks while indoors. Current travel information and instructions for Hawaii’s “Safe Travels” program and guidelines may be found online. We will be sure to include the most current information with your final confirmation and travel information.

We want to hold a safe program and enjoy our time on the Big Island. We will continue to watch where this goes and will comply with all Hawaii Covid regulations as they occur.

If things change and we need to convert this meeting to an online program, we will notify all attendees and post any updates on this page.
