Cancellation Policy
IFAF will accept cancellations: Cancellation requests must be received in writing (email ok). Requests received by IFAF up to 2 weeks prior to the course date will receive a full refund minus $150 administrative fee or a certificate of transfer for the full amount to be used within one year. No refunds or transfers will be made for no-shows or cancellations received less than two (2) weeks prior to the course.

All 2026 IFAF seminars are designed to be held live on-site at the specific venues listed. As always, we plan to offer the highest level of continuing education programs with leading scientific faculty at beautiful resort locations around the world. If this status changes for any reason, it will be noted on our website and virtual options will be clearly delineated for each specific program.
